Data import, on-site device updates, and budget consistency
- Contacts, companies, and around fifty other record types can now be imported from a file — map your columns to ema's fields once, preview what will happen before anything is written, then run it or put it on a schedule for files you produce regularly
- On-site devices now update themselves — room devices and kiosks apply signed updates in a quiet window, verify them first, and roll back automatically if an update does not complete
- A device with no update schedule is given a maintenance window automatically, so no device is left without a path to stay current
- Updates can also be applied immediately from the device's service menu
- Every device now reports the version it is actually running, so a device that has fallen behind is visible before it matters during a session
- Lectern alerts now reach the control desk instead of staying on the device where only the speaker would see them
- A speaker presenting from their own laptop now shows as ready in the control desk, and going live offers to switch to the room's external input — making the handover deliberate
- Budget actuals now come from one place — every budget surface reads the same figure for a deal, so a summary and a detail page cannot show different numbers for the same client
- Email types can now be turned off for a single event from the email templates page, without touching the template or affecting any other event
- Registration flow steps can now be turned on and off independently, so the path an attendee takes matches how your event actually sells
- Commission differences now post to the ledger automatically — a surplus as money owed to the hotel, a shortfall written down
- Poll voting and results are now scoped to the event the poll belongs to
- Fixes to registration invoice references, invoicing emails, credit notes, accommodation prepurchase pricing, purchase order matching across currencies, and several money-rendering issues
